NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

I hereby acknowledge by signing this document, that

I agree to volunteer my time as a �Scientific Review Committee Member� to Evaluate science project synopses received online for participation in the �Initiative for Research and Innovation in STEM National Fair 2021�.

I agree to act in a positive and ethical manner in which each student synopsis is treated fairly and respectfully.

Privileged information or ideas that are obtained through my volunteer service will be kept confidential by me and all such information or ideas that I receive via the IRIS National Fair Evaluation will neither be used by me nor will I disclose such information or ideas to any other individual or third parties.

I agree to disclose all conflicts of interest resulting from direct competitive, collaborative or other relationships with any of the students and to prevent myself from judging in such circumstances.

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the IRIS Judging policy protecting all IRIS participants from harassment by another IRIS participant or other person for any reason including, but not limited to: age, state of origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ancestry and/or veteran status and understand the responsibility of IRIS to investigate such claims.

In conclusion, I agree to notify the IRIS Judging SRC Chairperson or IRIS Administrator immediately if I become aware of any circumstances that would potentially compromise my ability to evaluate participant projects.
